Alicia McLucas, is a Certified Professional Co-Active Life Coach, CPCC, trained by the prestigious Coaches Training Institute, a Mental Health Coach, and Corporate Stress Reduction Trainer. She has enjoyed a successful coaching practice for over 18 years. Her coaching practice includes coaching executives, leaders, entrepreneurs, and other individuals wanting to improve upon all aspects of their lives. She has served as Faculty for San Francisco State where she taught courses for the Core Strengths Coaching Certificate Program.
She helps organizations balance the energetic pace of corporate culture with opportunities to learn how to reduce stress, improve their well being, become more creative, focused, gain clarity, and to live happier lives personally and professionally.
Alicia has over 20 years experience as a Mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and has completed the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) Practicum Professional Teacher Training Program. She teaches Mindfulness Meditation privately, within corporations, and for Stanford Health Care's Supportive Cancer Care Program.
